I have lived a fitness-oriented lifestyle. I was a folkstyle and freestyle wrestler beginning at age 10, and I achieved specific goals step by step along the way. When I was younger, my number one goal was to get a collegiate wrestling scholarship, and I did it… My second goal was to become a nationally ranked collegiate wrestler, which I also achieved…My final goal was to compete in the Summer Olympics and represent the United States. Unfortunately, during Olympic pre-trials, a serious neck injury kept me from achieving that goal. Yet, I became a physical therapist – which led me down the road to becoming a specialized fitness trainer. These past experiences in strength training, agility training and conditioning has helped me to create interesting fitness challenges…and I enjoy it. Whenever you set foot into my training studio, I want you to be surprised at what you’ll be able to accomplish.
I grew up in South Florida and, after graduating high school, attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, the perennial Southern Conference Wrestling champions. I studied athletic training and physical therapy, graduated, and moved back to South Florida to begin a successful physical therapy practice. Later, in 1994, my dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and I developed a specialized training program for people who have Parkinson’s or Multiple Sclerosis: the Kinesio-Arts Training Program (R). This program is internationally recognized for its results. Whenever I work with someone who has Parkinson’s or M.S., I remember my dad and how much it meant years ago to help him.
I’m fortunate to have a career that I love: teaching people how to exercise and helping them improve their overall level of fitness. I enjoy seeing my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. When you walk into my studio, I don’t want you to know what’s in store for you.
Recently, I created an effective 30 minute circuit training program where clients enjoy this dynamic circuit, and also meeting other people who are benefiting from this effective workout. The best part about it is, it is in a short period of time, yet, the metabolic circuit will burn fat for hours afterwards. Results can be seen within a few weeks. Even people who have previously preferred private training are loving the circuit training.

Born and raised in South Florida, I’m a medic for Collier County Fire and EMS in Naples. On my off days I’m a gym rat, always training for the next street race or obstacle course race, and planning on the next outfit to run in. I believe you can’t always take yourself too seriously and you’ve got to have fun in anything you do. As a medic I get to help people in an emergency, and as a trainer I get to help people stay healthy and away from calling 911; helping people live longer and stronger.
